"Henry Ford Health System is one of Susan's clients.  We issued an RFP for laboratory consulting about five years ago and I chose Sue to do a market opportunity assessment and gap analysis for the Lab Outreach business we were considering."

"We were so impressed with the work she did that I brought her back a second time to help with some business planning, outreach portal selection, financial modeling, and implementation work.  We looked at legal framework, billing, service standards, financial pro formas, marketing, HR issues and a variety of related topics.
